Platform Services:

• We may introduce service fees in the future with advance notice
• We earn commissions from lending partners, which does not affect your loan terms

Lender Charges:

• Processing fees, interest rates, and other charges are determined by lenders
• All fees will be clearly disclosed before you accept a loan offer
• Late payment fees and penalties are levied by lenders, not LOANSAATHI

You agree NOT to:

• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Use our services for any illegal purposes
• Attempt to manipulate or game our comparison algorithms
• Reverse engineer, copy, or scrape our website content
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Harass, abuse, or threaten our staff or other users
• Create multiple accounts to exploit our services
